In 1982, during my military services, I was invited by a friend to a Christmas program. At that very day, December 24, 1982, as the pastor was preaching, I was seared by the Holy Spirit and I instantly received Jesus Christ as my personal Savior. My wife attended church on very ordinary Sunday and because of the simple way in which Pastor Konan Emile preached the message of Jesus, she accepted Jesus as her Savior
I am currently involved in church planting, open air evangelism, literature distribution, tribal evangelism, discipleship, slum ministries very much, and other forms of evangelism. I have trained two men to be pastors and have started three new churches. Our daughter is a baptized Christian and is 23 years old.
We live in a house made of cement blocks and has 4 rooms with a kitchen. Some of our favorite foods include fish and pounded bananas and kasava (a heavy soup). We buy our food at the market or at private shops.
Please pray for us as we serve the Lord and reach out to as many villages as we can with God’s Word. Pray for good health for us and for a sponsor soon so that we will have brothers and sisters to help us through prayer and financial aid. Thank you.
Report Files Every 4 months sponsorship funds are sent to the preachers. With it goes a Missionary Report Form for each one to complete and return to our office. After compilation of statistics they are forwarded by mail or email to the sponsors. Below are past report forms from this preacher. They have been modified to protect the financial data of the sponsor.
To date this preacher has:
Churches Started | 71 | Villages Evangelized | 77 | Professions of Faith | 690 | Believers Baptized | 149 | What do these mean?

I and my wife were saved in 1966 at different Baptist churches. We were not married at the time. She began serving the Lord faithfully in the year 1977 as a nursery school teacher and since has become a teacher of women. She graduated from the Baptist Bible College in 1990. I have served at various churches in different manners. As a deacon, church secretary and finally as a pastor. In fact, I have pastored since 1981. Most of my education for the ministry has been under the influence of two missionaries from America. By their instruction I have learned the importance of starting churches and training men for the ministry. ...Read More
